If you want an opportunity to play a key role in taking our Property Management Division to the next level, our rapidly growing firm is looking for an experienced regional or area property manager to oversee and enhance our organization’s Property Management Division, which manages distressed apartment assets throughout the United States. You would be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to our Program Manager, and you would be directly responsible for our Property Management Division's operational, growth, and people strategies.
The Position:
Our Regional Property Manager provides the leadership, management, prioritization, and vision necessary to ensure that our Property Management Division has the proper operational controls, administrative procedures, reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively manage our portfolio of assets. You will provide the day-to-day direction to our Corporate PM Team (currently 5 people), provide indirect leadership (via our corporate staff) to our on-site property management staff, and be accountable for our portfolio's overall business results and training programs, which includes an emphasis on customer service and employee performance.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Our On-site Relocation Specialist is a temporary position that will last approximately 6 months with the strong possibility of extension. The specialists will provide direct support for a relocation project and facilitate all phases of our tenant-relocation process. Our on-site Specialists, ensure that our tenants are relocated as efficiently as possible. This position could be perfect for college students, recent college grads, entry-level professionals, re-entrants to the workforce, or even experienced professionals seeking a career change. You will be trained and directly overseen by our Corporate Tenant Relocation Coordinator and Corporate Tenant Relocation Specialist.
Requirements:
·Prior management and administrative experience
·Solid business writing skills
·Strong public speaking skills
·Must successfully pass a background check
·One year of management experience (Preferred-not required)
·One year of leasing consultant experience (Preferred)
·Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, not required
·Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
·Community outreach service experience (Preferred)
Specific Duties:
·Identify prospective Section 8 landlords in opportunity zones and connect our tenants with these landlords.
·Provide direct housing opportunity counseling to tenants to help them identify homes with access to quality school systems and job opportunities.
·Prepare documents and maintain tenant files for accuracy and completion throughout the relocation process.
·Act as the liaison between tenants and corporate staff.
